Senior product and UX designer based in London, making complex, regulated products easier to use.
I’m Ezgi, a senior product and UX designer based in London with more than ten years spent making complex, regulated products easier to use, mostly across sports betting, gaming and media, where the details really matter.
What I care about most is asking the right questions early: who we are designing for, what they actually need, and the value we create when we get that right. I take the time to understand people before I design for them, and good research, clear information architecture and accessibility are usually where the real work happens, long before anything looks polished.
Most recently, I was at CBS Sports, working for millions of daily users, where I built their first subscription-based product and the SportsLine design system from the ground up. When I am not on client work, I am building my own React Native music app, running half marathons, or surfing when I can.
